Nicodimas Sekheta Mogashoa, professionally known as Da Capo, is a prominent South African DJ, record producer, and musician, best known for his contributions to the house and afro-house music genres. Born on June 9, 1992, in Seshego, Polokwane, South Africa, Da Capo's musical journey began at an early age, with his initial interest in rapping before shifting focus to house music.


Da Capo’s rise to fame came after he gained significant attention for remixing Moneoa's single "Pretty Disaster." His talent quickly caught the eye of industry professionals, leading to a record deal with Soulstic Music. His debut studio album, Indigo Child (2017), was a game-changer in his career, certified double platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA). The album featured collaborations with prominent South African artists, including GoodLuck, Berita, Wanda Baloyi, and Jackie Queens.
